These terms govern your use of willmulholland.com and any personal automation apps I operate (collectively, "the Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these terms.

About me

I'm Will Mulholland, an individual based in Sydney, Australia. The Services are operated by me personally, not by a company.

What the Services do

willmulholland.com is a personal brand website. It contains articles, case studies, and signups for my newsletter and projects.
Personal automation apps connect only to my own social accounts and publish content I have personally authored. They do not provide a service to third parties.

Acceptable use

You can read the site, subscribe to the newsletter, and share content with attribution. You agree not to:

Scrape the site or its analytics in bulk.
Attempt to access systems, accounts, or data you don't own.
Use the Services to violate any law or anyone else's rights.

Content and intellectual property

Words, images, and case studies on the site are mine unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to quote with attribution and link back. Don't republish full pieces without permission.

Where the Services display content owned by others (for example, screenshots from former employers' tools), that content remains the property of its respective owner.

Subscribing is free. I send emails when I have something useful to say. You can unsubscribe via the link in every email at any time.

Third-party platforms

The Services interact with third-party platforms including LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Beehiiv, Vercel, and Composio. Their terms of service govern your use of those platforms. I'm not responsible for changes those platforms make to their APIs, terms, or availability.

Content on the Services is shared for general information and entertainment. It is not professional, legal, financial, medical, or investment advice. If you need professional advice, talk to a qualified professional.

No warranties

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. I do not guarantee the Services will be available, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. My total liability for any direct damages is limited to AUD $100.

Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. If I do, I'll update the date at the top. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated terms.

Termination

I can suspend or terminate access to any part of the Services at any time, including newsletter subscriptions, if a user breaches these terms or for any reason in my reasonable discretion.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
