Mostly Series A and B B2B SaaS, $5M to $50M ARR, with a working PLG motion or strong product-led signal. Outside that range I'll usually refer you to someone better suited.
It means AI does 80% of the work the marketing team used to do by hand. Research, drafting, testing, reporting. I install the agents and workflows that make that real, then coach your team to run on top of them. Same strategic thinking as a normal team. Way more throughput.
Agencies hand you finished work. I install systems your team owns. Everything I build belongs to you when I leave: prompt libraries, agent workflows, content engines, internal docs. You keep the capability, not just the output.
Depends on scope. The 2-week install is a fixed fee. Training is per-cohort or rolling 1:1. The fractional embed runs as a monthly retainer over 3 to 6 months. Best path: tell me what you're trying to fix in the form, and I'll come back with the right format and price within 24 hours.
Yes, the 2-week install is fixed-scope and one-off. The fractional embed needs a 3-month minimum to actually move the numbers.

No charge for the discovery call. If I don't think I'm the right person, I'll tell you and usually point you to someone who is. My network of senior marketers is probably more useful than my services in the wrong context.
